How to set up AyeSalon salon management software in 5 steps

Get your salon fully live on AyeSalon in under 40 minutes.

1. Sign up and create your account: Visit ayesalon.com and click Book a Free Demo. Enter your salon name, email, and phone number. Verify your email and set a password. No credit card required.
2. Add your team members: Go to Settings → Staff Management and add each staff member with name, role, and commission rate. Staff receive a setup invite via SMS or WhatsApp.
3. Upload your services and pricing: Go to Services → Add Service and enter each service with name, duration, and price in rupees. Assign the staff members who can deliver each service.
4. Configure SMS and WhatsApp reminders: Go to Settings → Reminders, enable SMS and WhatsApp reminders, customise the message template, and save. AyeSalon sends reminders 24 hours before each appointment automatically.
5. Go live and share your booking link: Activate your public booking page in Settings. Copy your unique booking URL and add it to your WhatsApp Business profile, Instagram bio, Google Business Profile, and website.
