Visit ayesalon.com and click 'Book a Free Demo'
Enter your salon name, email, and phone number
Verify email (link sent to inbox)
Set your password
You're in! Dashboard is ready to use
Add Your Team
Invite staff members to AyeSalon. Each gets their own login and dashboard.
Go to Settings → Staff Management
Click 'Add Staff Member'
Enter name, phone, role (stylist, assistant, manager)
Set commission percentage (0-100%)
Staff receives invite via SMS/WhatsApp
They create their password and start working
Upload Your Services

Add all services your salon offers (haircut, coloring, massage, etc.) with pricing.
Go to Services → Add Service
Enter service name (e.g., 'Bridal Makeup')
Set duration (30 min, 60 min, etc.)
Set price (in ₹)
Assign staff who provide this service
Repeat for all services (5-20 services typical)
Configure Reminders
Set up automatic SMS & WhatsApp reminders 24 hours before appointments.
Go to Settings → Reminders
Enable SMS reminders (costs ₹1-2 per SMS)
Enable WhatsApp reminders (free, uses WhatsApp Business API)
Customize reminder message
Set reminder time (24 hours before is default)
Save and activate
Go Live!
Your salon is ready! Clients can now book online, staff can see appointments.
Share booking link with clients: yoursalon.ayesalon.com
Add booking button to your website/social media
Post on WhatsApp Business: 'Book appointments online'
Train staff: Show them the dashboard
